Nicole is a seasoned Experience Designer with seven years of expertise in game development across various platforms. Specializing in Serious Games, she currently develops impactful experiences for government and commercial clients at Deloitte, where she's been for the last 4 years. Before joining Deloitte, Nicole was a Game Designer at Level Ex, where she led the design of healthcare games, simulations, and interactive experiences. She worked closely with medical professionals and top pharmaceutical clients, including Merck, Johnson & Johnson, Mallinckrodt, and Boston Scientific, to develop bespoke solutions for physicians. Nicole holds a Master of Science in Game Design from Full Sail and has designed VR/XR, mobile, PC, and physical (Board/card) games. Passionate about innovation, she continues to push the boundaries of immersive and interactive technology.
